Mission Statement

Santos Latin Media, Corp. is a radio broadcasting and media group that serves current and emerging Hispanic (Latin) markets with the products and services needed to reflect the lifestyle of their local communities.    

We will work with media partners that are focused on serving local Hispanics / Latinos with the best programming (in whichever format suitable), music, content, promotions, and talent. We will super serve our listeners (in our various formats) with the best programming and promotions that will fulfill and exceed their expectations. We will always listen to our listeners comments and take into consideration their opinions and needs. We will treat our clients and listeners with courtesy and respect. We will super serve our clients and media partners by providing the best results possible with an effective and organized programming, sales, operations, promotions, and marketing plan.    

Our belief is that the customer is always right. We will do everything in our will to meet and/or exceed their expectations. We will provide the highest quality of service for our staff, families, friends, clients, and community organizations.    

We will serve with dignity and follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws (FCC regulations) on and off the air. We will conduct ourselves with the highest of standards.
